Jen Smyers serves as the director of policy and advocacy for the Church World Service Immigration and Refugee Program. She has been with Church World Service for 12 years. Ms. Smyers has previously worked with Border Action Network in Tucson, Arizona, and the Migration Policy Institute in Washington, DC. She also currently serves as the chair of Refugee Council USA's Advocacy Committee.
