Dr. Joyce Silberstang, American Jewish Committee (AJC)’s chair of interreligious affairs, also serves on AJC’s Executive Council. She works in partnership with the Interreligious Affairs Department to promote interfaith dialogue and cooperation and build strong alliances with religious leaders. A former tenured professor, she served as the technical advisor to the secretary of the Navy Group on Ethics and Character and currently works with nonprofit CEOs and boards on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and cultural change. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Washington University.
