Katharine Donato holds the Donald G. Herzberg Chair in International Migration and is director of the Institute for the Study of International Migration (ISIM) in the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. Her recent book is Gender and International Migration: From Slavery to Present (2015, with Donna Gabaccia). With Berkley Center Director Shaun Casey she leads the Global Refugee and Migration Project at Georgetown University.
