Katharine Donato is the Donald G. Herzberg Chair in International Migration and the former director of the Institute for the Study of International Migration (ISIM) in the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. She is the author of Gender and International Migration: From Slavery to Present (2015, with Donna Gabaccia). With Shaun Casey she led the Global Refugee and Migration Project at Georgetown University.
