Katherine Wijenaike-Bogle (C'25) is a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences. As an interdisciplinary studies major with a minor in religion, ethics, and world affairs, she focuses on sustainable development and the intersection of political economy and environmental studies. She is currently working on a senior thesis on the social-ecological impacts of hydropower projects. Outside the classroom, Katherine volunteers at the Maker Hub where she assists visitors with sewing, laser cutting, and 3D printing and serves as the current Maker in Residence.
