Laura-Marie Baumgartner is a graduate student with an interdisciplinary academic approach in law and psychology at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich and philosophy at the Munich School of Philosophy. She is a member of the IAJU Global Citizenship Fellows Program 2025 cohort. The informal education she gained thanks to countless intercultural and international projects, mainly related to diplomacy and peacebuilding, completes her profile. Laura-Marie’s bicultural roots and her lively curiosity for the complex world has shaped her passionate spirit. Her idealistic character always considers the basic unifying elements of humaneness and naturalness in her endeavours and makes her advocate for them; furthermore, she believes in the power of empathy.
