Linda C. McClain is the Robert Kent Professor of Law at Boston University School of Law. Her most recent book is Who’s the Bigot? Learning from Conflicts over Marriage and Civil Rights Law (2020). She has written extensively about family law, marriage, gender and law, feminist theory, and civil rights. Professor McClain holds degrees from Oberlin College, University of Chicago Divinity School, Georgetown University Law Center, and New York University School of Law.
