Lori Windham is senior counsel at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, a non-profit organization that works to defend the freedom of all religions, where she has worked since 2005. Throughout her career, Windham has represented clients at different levels, including in the U.S. Supreme Court; her work has included cases under the Free Exercise Clause, Establishment Clause, Religious Freedom Restoration Act, Religious Land Use And Institutionalized Persons Act, and state religious freedom laws. She received her B.A. in political science from Abilene Christian University and J.D. from Harvard Law School.
