Madeline Hart (SFS’23) was an undergraduate student majoring in international politics with a concentration in international law, institutions, and ethics. She minored in religion, ethics, and world affairs, as well as French. Since coming to Georgetown, Madeline discovered a passion for human rights issues, and she worked as an editorial assistant for the human rights and development section of the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs. She also loved writing and research, and served as the editor for The Caravel’s Middle East and Central Asia section, as well as a member of its editorial board. Madeline was a member of Moot Court, as she was particularly interested in the intersection between human rights, religion, and constitutional law. At the Berkley Center, Madeline was the 2022 Pulitzer Center international reporting fellow; she was a student fellow in the 2021 Doyle Undergraduate Fellows program and was a student academic assistant for Dr. Ryann Craig.
