Megan Patel is an undergraduate student in the School of Foreign Service class of 2018, majoring in culture and politics. Her major focuses on the intersection of religion and gender in South Asia. She is also pursuing a certificate in religion, ethics, and world affairs through the Berkley Center and was a student fellow in the 2015-2016 Doyle Undergraduate Fellows program there. In her free time, she loves attending retreats at the Calcagnini Contemplative Center, traveling, and trying new foods. During the spring 2017 semester, Megan studied abroad at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.
