Miguel A. Cruz Jiménez is the mayor of Dajabón Municipality in Dajabón, Dominican Republic. He was also the executive director of the council responsible for implementing Law 28-01 on the development of special free trade border zones. The law offers a variety of incentives to businesses to encourage economic development along the Dominican Republic-Haiti border.
