Perrine Leclerc is the chief of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Field Office in Tapachula, Mexico. She has worked in the field office for nine years and has extensive experience in fieldwork with international organizations. Leclerc previously worked with UNICEF before shifting to the United Nations. She has traveled to Russia, Turkey, Uganda, Chad, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic, among others. Leclerc studied law as an undergraduate before completing her graduate studies in international relations at the Sciences Po.
