Stephen Shashoua is the strategic advisor to Rising Peace Forum at Coventry University and strategic advisor to New Horizons for British Islam. He is the founder of Plan C: Culture and Cohesion, working at the intersections of the arts, identity, and culture in order to promote better social relations and inclusion. For over 10 years he led the Three Faiths Forum and its wide portfolio of award-winning social cohesion programs that encourage interaction and learning between people of different faiths and beliefs in the United Kingdom and internationally. Shashoua is also a co-founder of Iraq in Common, a network of young professionals of different faiths of Iraqi descent. He is a Yale World fellow, an Ariane de Rothschild Foundation fellow, a UN Alliance of Civilizations global expert, an ROI Community member, a Royal Society of Arts fellow, and an InterCultural Forum advisor. He was a participant in the International Higher Education Interfaith Leadership Forum.
