Sylvia Wilber is a Menominee activist for Native American civil rights. She served as a leader of Determination of Rights and Unity for Menominee Shareholders (DRUMS), which sought to preserve the Menominee people's sovereignty in resistance to mid-twentieth century federal termination policy, and as a member of the Menominee Restoration Committee.
