Tatiana Kotlyarenko is an international expert on gender-based violence and human trafficking. She previously served as the advisor on anti-trafficking issues in the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights at the Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe. Kotlyarenko has conducted rapid assessment missions and provided recommendations to countries on how to prevent and address trafficking of Ukrainian women and children.
