Thomas Ranzthine D. Santos is a student at Ateneo de Manila University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in development studies, and he is a member of the IAJU Global Citizenship Fellows Program 2025–2026 cohort. He is passionate about community-building, youth leadership, and development work that turns ideas into action for people who are often left behind. Committed to service, Thomas has led and supported initiatives that blend advocacy, storytelling, and project coordination, translating complex issues into clear narratives that mobilize communities and partners. He also builds communities through endurance sport and health advocacy, shaped by his lived experience as a cancer patient. He aspires to build impact-driven programs that expand opportunity, dignity, and hope for communities.
