Timothy P. Shriver is the chairman of Special Olympics. He is also board chairman for the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning, which he cofounded in 1994. Shriver earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University, a master's degree from Catholic University, and a doctorate in education from the University of Connecticut.
