Viktor Yelensky is a Ukrainian scholar and politician. A sociologist of religion, he has served as parliamentary member of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada and head of its Subcommittee for Freedom of Conscience, as well as president of the Ukrainian Association for Religious Liberty.
