Vinny Bajaj (G'27) is pursuing a master's degree from the Higher Education Administration program at the School of Continuing Studies. Her focus area is student affairs, with her interests specifically lying in assessment, undergraduate advising, student retention, and high-impact practices. At the Berkley Center, Vinny is working under Nick Scrimenti as a graduate fellow supporting student programs. Vinny's experience prior to her arrival at Georgetown include serving in several administrative roles at an Ivy Plus, and research and teaching while a doctoral student at a large public flagship.
