Yulia Laputina was appointed as Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine in December 2020. She holds the rank of Reserve Major General of the Security Service of Ukraine. Minister Laputina is a graduate of the Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Kyiv State Institute of Physical Education, and holds a Ph.D. in psychology.
