The Berkley Center is accepting applications for a postdoctoral fellowship for the 2013-2014 academic year. Candidates should be based at a Chinese university or institute and engaged in research at the intersection of religion, culture, and society.
The 10-month fellowship (September 2013-June 2014) at the center is open with respect to academic discipline, and carries a $35,000 stipend plus health insurance and travel allowance. It includes a 16 hour/week commitment to help develop Chinese-language resources on religion-related topics for the Center's website on Religion in China and the United States.
