Location: Online Zoom Webinar

Over the past several presidential administrations, the U.S. government has created an array of institutions and resources to expand and enhance its engagement with religious actors around the world. As the Donald Trump administration makes sweeping reductions to the federal bureaucracy, what are the implications for the future of America’s diplomatic and development collaborations with religious groups and faith-based organizations?

This event will bring together six leading experts with extensive experience in government, academia, NGOs, and faith-based organizations. The discussion will be moderated by Judd Birdsall, a former State Department official and current senior fellow at the Berkley Center.
