Thomas Banchoff and Georgetown Students Participate in Pilgrimage of Peace to Japan

An article in Catholic Standard highlighted the recent trip by Berkley Center Director Thomas Banchoff and Georgetown University students to Hiroshima and Nagasaki on the eightieth anniversary of the bombings. The group from Georgetown were joined by others from Catholic universities around the world to participate in events and dialogue that promote interreligious understanding and advocate for a world without nuclear weapons.
